The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money is outstanding - you get so much for what you pay. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with beautiful decoration and a balcony in an adjacent wing. Lastly, the location is perfect, away from the noisy and dirty streets of the city, and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Cleanliness could be improved a little.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. One particular example was when they organized a unique and memorable celebration for one of our group members, making it truly special. The rooms were comfortable, with hot showers and balconies in an adjacent wing. The breakfast, especially the omelette, was delicious and served with care.

The hotel is located in a beautiful building with a lot of antiques. The gardens are well maintained, which allows you to enjoy a nice walk outdoors. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are not consistent in size and quality, so some members of our group had a tiny room with a sloping roof under the stairs. Breakfast was not good, some of us got sick and weren't able to enjoy the camel safari.

This hotel was stunning! The decor was full of history and antiques. The staff was incredibly helpful, arranging a fort guide and a desert camel safari for me. The coffee shop and bar were lovely additions to the hotel.
Everything was exactly what I needed and wanted.

We stayed in a hotel with beautifully decorated rooms surrounded by lush greenery in the gardens. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The bar had a unique collection of antiques that added character to the place. the cafe had good breakfast and coffee.
The pool needed more thorough cleaning.

Great staff who were extremely helpful and empathetic. The garden was beautiful and well-maintained. Best of all, the food was delicious!
The plumbing was a disaster; The beds were uncomfortable and the blankets were scratchy.
